Marcy Sizemore Founder and Principal Coach

Founder and CEO of Olive Orchard, Marcy is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), educator, speaker, and writer. Her personal coaching practice is founded on meeting parents and young adults where they are while exploring values, vision, and goals to produce forward motion and a lasting habit of growth mindset. Marcy has a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education specializing in Special Education from Florida State University and has enjoyed a career as an educator, a program analyst for the Federal Government, and a stay at home mom. Author of the “Crafting a Family Mission Statement” workshop, Marcy enjoys teaching and works alongside parents of all ages and stages on the challenges of family + life. In addition, Marcy works with young adults, (16-26 years old) on executive function skills, goals setting, self-awareness, personal growth and navigating the academic and social demands of high school, college, professional school and beyond. As CEO of Olive Orchard, Marcy’s focus falls on leading and supporting other coaches and consultants to come alongside their clients, meeting them where they are and inspiring growth and resilience.
